Accepted into the Los Angeles Police Academy, cadets Chuck OâFlair (Ralph Meeker, Kiss Me Deadly), Harry Whenlon (Jeff Richards, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) and Russ Hardley (Robert Horton, Wagon Train) pass the rigorous training program, but are soon bored with their humdrum assignments.
