A police inspector is searching for a professor missing in the Congo â except heâs really the head of a band of smugglers looking for the Okongo, a horse-like creature that is the source of a powerful narcotic. Because the Okongo are sacred to a primitive tribe led by Leta (Sherry Moreland, Mesa of Lost Women), the villains enslave them to help track the elusive herd.
